Why this link? As much as I respect Andy as a designer, his critique -- both in this and the original piece he wrote -- contains absolutely no objective refutation of any of the results of the Poynter study, not even links; all he seems to proffer are ad hominem attacks and snide insults.

This seems more like just another Rutledge rant against people who somehow fall afoul of his sensibilities -- it's why I stopped reading his blog quite a long time ago.
