Remember the Parkville Luminary, that new-ish weekly with the old-ish vibe in the Kansas City area? Publisher Mark Vasto sends word that the paper's website is up and running. With pdfs of the front page, even!
Nice! On top of the PDFs, the old-fashioned paper uses such great web technologies as CSS and sIFR (scalable Inman Flash Replacement, which is a Flash/Javascript-based trick that allows them to use the old-style headline fonts of their forefathers).
This is a really exciting work of journalism you have here, Mark. It's up there with anything a paper with a circulation a hundred times the size of yours is doing.
Kudos.
