Just about the cheapest fun you can have with news papers is to combine the headlines of two unrelated stories.
When you do it right there's always a chuckle or a laugh somewhere.
Should work with almost any paper and enough knowledge of the language to understand the finer points of language and some understanding of what's going on in the world.

Second one was pretty funny - first one was just plain creepy - not something I wanted to see. :P
